The conference will present the joint work of a European Consortium comprising of VITECO (Italy), INOVA+ (Portugal), Knights College (Malta), and Technological University Dublin (Ireland).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>The conference will also showcase the outcomes of the <strong>WBL Champion initiative<\/strong>, a European collaboration designed to strengthen the connection between education and industry. The project has developed a comprehensive <strong>European Work-Based Learning framework<\/strong>, alongside quality assurance tools, digital resources, and specialised training programmes aimed at improving supervision, employer engagement, and measurable learning outcomes.<\/p><p>The conference will provide a platform for <strong>dialogue, exchange, and forward-looking policy discussion<\/strong>, examining how education systems can better prepare learners for the evolving demands of the labour market.
